Bleh

I've just recently found myself experiencing something that can only be described as a surge in my creativity, or at least the fun in creating works.

I'm not complaining though! I just wish i knew what the cause is, because i'd like to keep it this way!

I've started fiddling around with a bit of an Alice in Wonderland personal project. I intend to just take the characters and portray them in my own way. It's quite fun so far, i must admit!

I've completed the bust of the Chesire Cat and have started sketching the caterpillar...hmmm...anyway!

Classes have been going more inspired as well in terms of my class projects in design and illustration. In general everythings going quite well for me the past couple of days and i am liking it!

Anyway! keep an eye out for the updates to my little Alice project and here's to hoping it doesn't fizzle out after a couple more days!

well the new semester kicked off with a bang since we had our universities serenade competition the 23rd, 24th and 25th of july. my academics took a few hits through that period, but i think i've just about recovered... lol!

so yeah, i'm just working on projects, watching movies and chilling(a little too much!)

finding it hard to find motivation for doing any kind of works or deviations! hopefully something will strike soon!

Hey hey hey people!

So life goes on and the exams are upon me! At least i'm finishing them up on friday and from there on... HOLIDAY!!! WOOHOO!!!

On the downside my girlfriends going on a choir tour across europe for the duration of the holidays... :'(

But i'm looking forward to seeing everyone at home and having LANs with my friends!

Well, my first semester of graphic design is almost at an end and i think it's gone quite well! I'm so happy with my change of course! Going from Chemical Engineering 2nd Year to Graphic Design 1st year was quite a leap - BUT I'M SURVIVING!!!

Anyways! Keep an eye out for some more work in the coming weeks. I'm going to try to get some stuff up more regularly again since my workloads going to be a little lighter! YAY!

"Work work!" the Peon grunted merrily as he carried out his dark Masters bidding. The sun was setting slowly across the wiry background of the construction site. The Peon wiped his bushy green brow and admired his days work. At least he looked at it and tried to imagine admiring it - Peons aren't the sharpest sword in the armory after all!

Woah! Stop right there! I was actually getting a little carried away there! Almost enjoyed that too much I did!

*shivers*

Anyway, not much new to report on! working really slowly on a little cartoony character. Still getting to grips with the whole digital painting concept.

Back to the actual subject! I've finally started working on my holiday assignments! Too late though, as usual! Oh well!

Got 2 art history assignments, an illustration evaluation to complete my illustrations for and a few logo designs for graphic design! NOOOOOOO!!!!!

Well, I reckon I'll have the character pic up by sometime this weekend so keep an eye out for it!

And now... back to WORK WORK! Grunt... grunt grunt... *Smells hairy green armpit*
